Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive‑in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Open/close shift duties and manage daily operations.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Maintain documentation and administrative tasks.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly.
