Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations and to train and assist team members to ensure clean, safe, and efficient service. You will help maintain quality food and hospitality and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff, opening/closing duties, managing schedules, and maintaining procedures to meet company standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
