Job summary

honeygrow is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will coach Service Managers, supervise shifts, and support the General Manager across all restaurant functions to uphold hg Standards and drive results.

The role requires ServSafe certification, strong food prep/line experience, and familiarity with fast casual dining. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities within the honeygrow team.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required or preferred.
• Two years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations by enforcing policies, standards, and training.
• Coach and develop Service Managers to elevate team performance.
• Ensure all stations/functions are covered up to Assistant General Manager level.
• Supervise shifts, manage operations in the GM's absence, and support scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager on operations and financials.
• Help meet financial objectives regarding food and labor costs.
