Honeygrow is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of guest experience, and champion the company culture. You will recruit and train the team, manage cash and payroll, and lead weekly manager meetings to drive performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in fast casual or similar restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train, develop, coach and mentor others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.

Aufgaben

• Hold primary responsibility for leading honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of honeygrow and ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and train restaurant employees; supervise cash handling and payroll procedures.
• Coordinate weekly manager meetings and maintain a maintenance plan for the facility.
• Communicate updates and opportunities from the RSC to all staff and forecast tool accuracy daily.
