Job summary

Honeygrow is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and uphold our hg Standards. You’ll train teammates, supervise shifts, and ensure a top-tier guest experience with speed, accuracy, and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year in a fast-casual setting, strong food prep skills, and the ability to meet scheduling needs. ServSafe is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Strong food prep experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing policies and standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to be top performers.
• Support the General Manager in teaching the team to achieve hg Standards.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with the hg Engine (speed, accuracy, hospitality).
• Oversee cash handling and nightly reporting.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain facilities standards.
