Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week.
• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Strive to be a top performer and elevate the team and honeygrow.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and employees.
• Maintain communication with the General Manager about operations and scheduling.
• Assist in administrative duties and performance evaluations.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with the hg Engine: speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product, hospitality.
