honeygrow is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with a focus on superb guest experience, financial results, and staffing excellence. The GM will oversee P&L, hiring, training, and standards execution while coaching managers for future growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to policies, quality and safety standards, and a culture of guest-centric hospitality. Strong leadership and operations expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in fast casual or similar restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train, develop, coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, standards, and training.
• Promote culture, values, and mission of honeygrow to guests and team.
• Ensure top-performing, engaged staff aligned to hg standards.
• Lead from the front to model honeygrow demeanor.
• Be proficient in all restaurant stations and train to General Manager level.
• Recruit and onboard new staff; conduct initial training.
• Oversee cash handling and payroll processes.
• Coordinate weekly manager meetings and drive performance.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage task calendars and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints within timelines.
• Maintain food quality and HG Engine standards (speed, accuracy, cleanliness, hospitality).
• Review restaurant financials, HG Engine execution, team performance and goals.
• Communicate updates from HGSC and opportunities to staff.
