Job summary

honeygrow, a Philadelphia-based fast-casual restaurant, is seeking a leader to drive daily restaurant operations, uphold policies, and maintain HG standards. You will recruit, onboard, and train team members while exemplifying the company culture and delivering guest satisfaction.

Requirements include 3+ years of management in fast casual, 3+ years in food prep, and ServSafe certification preferred. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in fast casual, or similar restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, develop, coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, training programs and cultural points.
• Promote honeygrow culture, values, and mission to guests and team members.
• Ensure the team consists of top performers empowered to achieve hg standards.
• Lead from the front and maintain a positive honeygrow demeanor.
• Fully perform every station and be trained up to General Manager level.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new restaurant employees.
