You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage scheduling, training, and daily operations, while pushing to meet financial goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• Experience in fast-casual restaurant environments preferred.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations and uphold hg standards.
• Coach and develop Service Managers to empower top performance.
• Manage scheduling and daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Ensure guests receive an exceptional experience via the hg Engine on every shift.
