Honeygrow is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and uphold our HG standards on a fast‑casual dining team. You will guide staff, ensure food quality, and manage payroll, cash handling, and training to deliver a superior guest experience.

The role requires 3+ years in food prep and management in a fast casual setting; ServSafe certification is preferred. This on‑site position offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in fast casual, or similar restaurant environment.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies and cultural points.
• Promote hg standards and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and train restaurant staff.
• Oversee cash handling and payroll processes.
