honeygrow is seeking an Operations Leader for its restaurant in Reading, PA. The role requires strong food prep experience and the ability to lead and develop a team while ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction. Candidates should possess ServSafe certification and have previous restaurant experience.

Responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, and creating a fantastic dining experience, all while upholding honeygrow's core values of grit, pride, compassion, and focus.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Minimum one year of restaurant experience.

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing all policies.
• Support the General Manager in teaching the team how to be top performers.
