• Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives for the unit.
• Manage restaurant floor and address guest concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation; manage supplies and inventory.
• Oversee equipment and safety, ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Develop safety and security practices; manage records and reporting.
• Lead national and local marketing promotions and SOP adherence.
• Complete reports accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
