Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tennessee to lead daily restaurant operations, support the RGM, and drive profitability. You will oversee a team of 20-45 employees, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

The AM will manage inventory, oversee cash procedures, and work toward brand standards while developing team members and maintaining operational excellence. This role emphasizes leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and how it influences profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through inventory control, cost management and cash handling.
• Lead guest service excellence with fast, accurate service in a clean facility.
• Coach shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance and capabilities.
• Direct restaurant operations to ensure timely, accurate food preparation and delivery within service standards.
• Provide coverage for Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
