Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Understanding of P&L to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Profitability: manage inventory costs and conduct regular inventory inspections.
• Guest: motivate staff to deliver accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility.
• People: coach and develop shifts coordinators and team members to raise restaurant performance.
• Operations: direct efficient preparation and sale of products with speed of service; ensure compliance with standards.
