Qualifications

• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and performs daily/weekly/monthly inventory inspections.
• Maintains and monitors restaurant assets and coordinates with vendors for maintenance.
• Ensures cash control procedures and security measures are followed.
• Motivates staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Directs team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
