Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; 100% certification in all workstations.
• Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+, ServSafe certified; strong English communication; good math and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure OSHA/state labor law compliance.
• External Service: deliver top guest experience; train team; maintain brand standards and food safety.
• Sales & Profits: analyze performance data; drive sales and profitability while controlling costs.
