Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote – 1+ years as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager; External Recruit – 3 years as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old; must complete Assistant Manager training; ServSafe certified; able to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal skills; able to perform basic math; proficient with computers; valid driver's license.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Oversees internal service by recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating restaurant staff; ensures compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Delivers external service by training staff to provide outstanding guest experiences and maintain food quality and cleanliness.
• Partner with Manager to analyze financial performance and drive sales and profitability through Service Profit Chain, monitoring costs and budget adherence.
