• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: English fluency; ServSafe certified; strong interpersonal, math, and planning skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations to deliver the Service Profit Chain and brand promise.
• Trains, coaches, and develops staff; ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Uses management information tools to analyze performance and drive sales and profitability.
