Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Internal Promote — 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; 100% workstation certified.
• External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate employees; ensure staffing and training; promote internal candidates; safeguard labor laws.
• External Service: ensure guests have an exceptional experience with training and accountability; uphold brand image and food safety.
• Sales & Profits: analyze performance; improve results; manage costs and budget adherence to protect the brand.
