Jack in the Box, Inc. seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver the Service Profit Chain. You will train staff, monitor guest service, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager; External Recruit: 3+ years as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak/read/write English; strong interpersonal skills; basic math; analytical; organized; self-starter; good driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk 85–95% of shift; lift 10–65 lbs; operate computer keyboard.

Responsabilités

• Internal Service: Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant staff; manage staffing; ensure workstation training; promote a respectful, safe environment.
• External Service: Ensure guests have an exceptional experience; train staff; maintain food safety; address guest concerns promptly; uphold brand image.
• Higher Profits: Use management reports to analyze performance; identify trends; implement action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs and budget adherence.
