Job summary

IHOP in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a General Manager to direct the operation of an assigned unit. You will develop relationships with guests and team members, implement the Craft Training program, and execute annual objectives for guest service, marketing, and HR in line with SOPs.

You’ll supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining inventory and pars levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurants marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies and tactics for assigned unit as defined by the SOP and operations plan.
• Manage the restaurant floor and focus on regular contact with guests; maintain guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
