• Execute annual objectives for the unit per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage the restaurant floor and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; supervise and coach team members.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance across the unit.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
