Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurants marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain frequent guest contact; address complaints professionally.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; coach and administer the hourly compensation plan.
• Ensure food quality, proper temperatures, and timely service per SOP.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; order food timely and keep pars.
• Ensure safety and security procedures; maintain clean and presentable premises.
• Prepare reports and complete paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
