Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise are executed.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff; monitor staffing; drive guest service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness; and work with the team to boost sales and profits while complying with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: English proficiency, interpersonal skills, basic math, analytical ability, strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees; ensures staffing and training compliance.
• External Service: ensures guests receive an exceptional experience and maintains a positive brand image.
