• Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurants marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives according to SOP and operations plan.
• Manage the restaurant floor with focus on guest contact and handling feedback professionally.
• Ensure food compliance with SOP in recipes, plating, and temperatures; maintain tickets times.
• Recruit, train and retain employees as defined by SOP; document performance and enforce policies.
• Oversee safety, security, and sanitation programs; maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
