Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required. Two to four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to speak and read English; effectively communicate with guests and employees.
• Certification through IHOP training courses may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License necessary to drive company vehicles.

• Direct the operation unit by performing essential duties.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and the proper operation of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee recruitment, training and retention of employees; manage safety and sanitation practices.
