IHOP in Sapulpa, OK is seeking a General Manager to direct the operation of the assigned unit by executing SOPs, driving guest satisfaction, and leading hourly staff. You will manage daily restaurant operations, coach employees, and ensure safety, food quality, and standards are upheld.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, handling guest concerns promptly, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead a team, coach staff, and manage daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement training programs for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Execute financial and marketing objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage the floor, monitor guest feedback, and address complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; administer performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Ensure food safety, inventory, and proper food presentation.
