Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and guest interactions with focus on service quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, retain, and coach staff; manage payroll and performance appraisals.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate supplies; manage equipment and safety.
• Ensure food safety, proper temperatures, and SOP adherence.
