Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a skilled AGM/RGM-in-training to oversee restaurant operations during shifts and in the absence of the RGM. You will lead Shift Leaders and Team Members, drive sales and training initiatives, and prepare for advancement to an RGM role.

You will coach staff, manage labor and inventory, and ensure safety and food-service standards are consistently met. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years food service experience.
• CHAMPS Certification.
• Developing Champions Certification for 'Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence'.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant, coaching and training team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Hands-on operation to train employees and model skills for the team.
• Manage labour, inventory, and supplies; supervise and coordinate staff.
• Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables to meet targets.
• Assist RGM with financial plans and action plans to address issues.
• Ensure safety, health, and company policies are followed; maintain equipment and facilities.
• Recruit and develop team members; assist with staffing plans and performance management.
