Job summary

You will lead and coach Shift Leaders and Team Members, ensure safety, schedule labor, and monitor inventory while striving to meet daily targets and maintain brand standards within a dynamic restaurant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CHAMPS certification completed.
• Developing Champions Certification for Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence.
• Experience in food service or related industry preferred; strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts, coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members.
• Train and develop staff, ensuring customer service excellence and operational standards.
• Manage labor, inventory, and safety compliance while meeting sales and margin goals.
• Assist RGM with marketing and action plan execution, and communicate plans to staff.
• Recruit and develop team members; support performance management and discipline when needed.
