Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a motivated AGM to support the RGM in managing restaurant operations, training Team Members, and planning sales and profits during shifts or in the absence of the RGM.

You will lead and coach Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members, ensure safety and quality, and actively participate in new product rollouts and supplier relations. Growth toward RGM is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years work experience in food service or related industry.
• CHAMPS Certification.
• Developing Champions Certification for 'Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence'.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant, guiding Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coach and train to achieve operational excellence.
• Hands-on operational work to train employees and model skills and behaviours.
• Demonstrate HWWT principles and use recognition programs.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, labor, inventory and supplies management.
• Supervise and coordinate team members effectively.
• Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables to meet margins and growth targets.
• Assist RGM in financial planning and action plans.
• Ensure safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Maintain facility and equipment to company standards.
• Recruit and select high-energy team members and assist with staffing plans.
• Train and develop staff; give feedback at different levels.
• Support RGM with performance management and corrective actions.
