Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations, staffing, and program implementation. You will help ensure financial and profitability targets are met while maintaining high guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include training staff, creating schedules, supporting during peak periods, and managing inventory and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assists in administering paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and helps meet sales plans.
• Maintains and records accurate inventory.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains safe, clean dining and working areas.
• Delivers consistent, high-quality products daily, every shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
