Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager who works under the Restaurant General Manager to handle day-to-day operations and ensure our initiatives are implemented. This role combines hands-on leadership with administrative duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will focus on staffing, training, inventory, customer service, and adherence to health and safety standards while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists RGM in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assists in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assists in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
