Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager, overseeing daily operations and assisting in implementing initiatives. You will help meet sales and profitability targets, manage banking, and handle administrative responsibilities.

You will also train staff, prepare schedules, analyze P&L, maintain inventory, and enforce company policies. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and a safe, clean dining environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Help staff during high-volume periods as needed.
• Administer paperwork and assist with financial targets.
• Maintain inventory records and adherence to policies.
• Support compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
