Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations, implementing Church's initiatives, and achieving sales and profitability goals. You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance while ensuring high-quality products each shift across all shifts.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety standards, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist RGM in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintain and record accurate inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality products every shift.
