Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations at a busy location. You will help train staff, manage weekly schedules, and assist in achieving financial targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment. Flexibility for weekends and peak times is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist in maintaining staffing and weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administrative paperwork.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and sales plans.
• Maintain and record inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver high quality products daily, every shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
