Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations. You will oversee hands-on activities, implement programs, and help achieve sales and profitability targets while handling banking and administrative duties.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, and assist during peak times. This role requires leadership, food-safety awareness, and strict adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists in maintaining staffing levels and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Administers paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and helps meet sales plans.
• Maintains and records accurate inventory.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains all company operations standards and compliance.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
• Maintains a clean facility at all times.
• Delivers consistent, high-quality products daily, every shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
