Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Maintains appropriate staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Assists during high volume periods as needed.
• Handles paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assists in analyzing profit and loss statements and achieving sales goals.
• Maintains and records accurate inventory.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Keeps the facility clean at all times.
• Delivers consistent, high quality products daily, each shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
