Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on location.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid State issued driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed; perform Restaurant Operations tasks.
• Responsible for Building Sales and managing restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure all Cash Handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and weekly orders; ensure equipment is well kept.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness standards with daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Ensure HR paperwork is submitted timely under GM guidance.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Apply disciplinary actions in consultation with Area Coach and HR.
• Complete weekly paperwork and reports for Support Center.
• Follow POP requirements and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
