Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant operations or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in directing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members.
• Ensure customer service standards and food safety compliance.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and profitability targets.
• Schedule creation when GM is unavailable and ensure proper supervision.
