Qualifications

• Three years’ restaurant operations experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to achieve brand standards and financial goals.
• Coach and develop restaurant staff for high performance.
• Ensure food safety and quality control across shifts.
• Monitor sales, labor, and controllables; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and training initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and open/close procedures; travel between locations as required.
