Job summary

Hardee’s in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations and upholding the Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise.

You will train and coach top talent, manage performance and schedules, ensure food safety and service standards, and partner with HR on employee relations while traveling between company locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of restaurant operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Model CKE core values while developing high performing teams.
• Manage performance processes to ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and compliance.
• Train staff across shifts in customer service, food prep, cleaning, and stocking.
• Supervise restaurant operations and monitor staff and customer activity.
• Assist RGM with scheduling and inventory planning; cover shifts when needed.
• Ensure food safety standards and brand standards are maintained.
