You will coach and develop restaurant teams, manage performance, scheduling, and execution of food safety and hospitality processes to achieve sales and profit goals. The RGM role models Core Values and drives excellence in people, customers, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to align with Brand Vision, Mission and Promise.
• Train, coach, and develop top talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales, and Profit goals.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and service standards through training and supervision.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
