Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure brand standards in service, food safety, and profitability.
• Coach and develop restaurant team to achieve People, Customer, Sales, and Profit goals.
• Monitor performance, execute plans, and ensure compliance with protocols and audits.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve employee relations issues and training needs.
• Analyze sales, labor, and controllables, taking actions to hit margins and growth targets.
