Hardee's is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations, ensuring product quality, guest satisfaction, and financial accountability. The AGM plays a key role in talent development, coaching, and driving performance across all shifts.

The AGM will lead teams, monitor operations, and collaborate with HR to maintain compliance while travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel between company locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Model and reinforce Core Values while hiring, training, and recognizing staff.
• Lead performance management to set up employees for success.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and compliance.
• Oversee shift operations, including service, food prep, and stocking.
• Supervise restaurant operations and monitor customer activities.
• Assist RGM with schedules and inventory when needed.
• Drive customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Monitor costs and drive margin and sales growth.
