The role includes supervising shifts, building schedules, monitoring inventory and costs, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Willing to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in directing daily restaurant operations.
• Support in hiring, training, and coaching top talent.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operations, service, and safety.
