Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations and upholding brand standards. The AGM partners with the RGM to train and coach top talent, ensuring excellence in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

You will supervise shifts, manage scheduling, monitor food safety, and help implement marketing initiatives while traveling between locations as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist the RGM in directing daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards.
Train, coach, and develop top talent to achieve performance results.
Monitor customer service, food preparation, and safety standards.
Handle inventory orders and scheduling in absence of the RGM.
Drive profitability by monitoring labor and costs and ensuring compliance.
