Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• ServSafe certification and a driver9s license.
• Knowledge of guest service, food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations including food production, guest satisfaction, and sanitation.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure guest experience.
• Monitor inventory and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health department policies.
• Provide training and development for team.
