Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Missouri is seeking a Full-Service Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will forecast demand, ensure food safety, manage costs, and uphold Bandana’s standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities include training new hires, enforcing sanitation policies, and communicating with the corporate office. The role requires ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with knowledge of guest service, food handling and sanitation.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills; ability to forecast and manage costs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent service.
• Forecast food production, oversee recipes, and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor labor, food and operating costs; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Train and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and participate in management meetings.
