The role emphasizes guest experience, consistent service, and training across the organization, with responsibility for labor and cost controls and effective communication with guests and employees.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and perform math.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food production to ensure items meet recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and manage shifts to drive sales.
• Monitor and control labor and food costs based on company guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness per Health Department policies.
• Complete daily shift paperwork and manage inventory as needed.
